When you are runner you need to have some gear. You can't just go running willy-nilly; you need to be able to have the right type of equipment they need to be able to make sure they you are well acclimated with the right type of running paraphernalia so that you will be able to make a successful run of anything. If you're out running late at night or early in the morning or even if it is running in the middle of the day there are times when you'll be running on roads where there could be cars or other people coming at you so if you have reflective safety gear that will help for them to be able to see you and is just as important for you to be wearing reflective safety gear is important for them to make sure that they notice that and don't run you off the road.
